This site is the personal-brand site of Reuben Bowlby. It does not run advertising, sell your data, or use third-party analytics trackers. This page describes what limited data is collected through the booking flow and your rights.
1. Data We Collect
1.1 Booking and contact data
If you book a call or introductory session through this site, the booking is handled by cal.com. When you schedule a meeting, cal.com collects your name, email address, and any information you provide in the booking form. This data is used solely to schedule and conduct the meeting. See cal.com's Privacy Policy for details on how cal.com processes this data.

If you submit the contact form at contact.reubenbowlby.com, your name, email, and message are transmitted to a Cloudflare Worker that forwards the message via email. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Message data is retained for up to 24 months for correspondence records and then deleted.
1.3 Automatically collected data
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process server-level logs (IP addresses, request timestamps, user agent strings) as part of standard web infrastructure operations. We do not control or access these logs directly. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.
